We confirm the supply
We approach selected suppliers and wholesalers in the European Union and confirm availability, specification, packaging, shelf life and lead time.
Commercial offer
You receive clear terms
You receive a written offer covering specification, quantity, price, delivery term and timetable. Payment and delivery conditions are agreed for each transaction.
Documentation
We coordinate the paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list, CMR and consignee data are prepared and cross-checked. Export declarations and MRN are issued by a licensed customs representative.
Shipment
Coordination through receipt
Goods are dispatched from the supplier or a partner warehouse under the agreed delivery term, with ALDON BRIGA OÜ coordinating the transaction through receipt of the goods.

Commercial and delivery conditions
- Quantities
- Pallet and full-truckload wholesale quantities, subject to product availability and confirmed orders.
- Delivery terms
- EXW, FCA and DAP. The applicable term is agreed for each transaction based on the location of the goods, the route and the buyer's requirements.
- Payment
- Agreed individually for each transaction. Initial transactions are conducted on a prepayment basis.
- Documentation
- Commercial invoice, packing list, CMR, consignee and end-recipient data.
- Customers
- Business customers only. ALDON BRIGA OÜ does not sell to private individuals.
Logistics
Coordinated by us, executed by licensed partners
ALDON BRIGA OÜ operates through independent logistics, warehousing and customs-service partners. The company does not own warehouses, vehicles or customs terminals.

- Independent carriers and freight forwarders.
